Cancellation Before Download
You can cancel your order before the digital product is downloaded. To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
Contact Us Immediately: Email our support team at support@spreadsheetpremiere.store with your order number and request to cancel.
Review and Confirmation: Our team will review your cancellation request. If the product has not been downloaded, we will process your cancellation and confirm via email.
Refund Process: Once the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Cancellation After Download
Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations after the product has been downloaded are generally not allowed. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. Please contact us at support@spreadsheetpremiere.store to discuss your specific case.
Non-Refundable Situations
Change of Mind: We do not accept cancellations or provide refunds if you change your mind after the product has been downloaded.
